Yes the Epson-4760 is an excellent printer, but! the ADF may be unreliable. We returned two 4760’s for ADF failures. This is our personal experience and others may not have an issue.

In reply to GES. Hi GES, Both HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 and Canon Pixma G3010 are high volume printers for home use with up to 7000 page yields. Performance wise, both printers are also on par, around 8 pages per minute (ppm) for black and 5 ppm for colour printing. In terms of size, the Pixma G3010 does take up less space on the desk but this isn't necessarily an issue. The question then would be how easy is it to get the refill ink bottles and how much do they cost.

Need your suggestion for we are confused which printer to use at home. We seldom print but prefer print, copy, scan, wireless…HP Ink tank 415 or Canon pixma E3010?

In reply to SB. Thank you SB, you are right, the Brother doesn't come with a refillable ink cartridge. However, the XL bundle, which is what this is comes with 12 ink cartridges, enough ink to last up to 2 years. Remember to choose the value bundle.

The Brother does not have refillable tanks or cartridges, and shouldn’t be on the list.

I disagree on the Epson printers. I have gone through 4 of them in less than one year. What you don’t know is their paperfeed is extremely weak and for a purpose . You can only use Epson photo paper because their paper is lighter weight-any of the other photo papers are heavier and in a short time break or bend the paper feed so your printer no longer works. Also their ink pad if not a changeable one, will take the machine out in a short period of time. Photos are very nice but not worth the hassle of the paper feed and ink pad defects.
I finally had enough of Epson-told them so and simply pitched their printer in the garbage-not worth replacing -the same problems will show in a couple months. So I would not recommend Epson to anyone-ever . At least not until the company upgrade those two faulty areas.

Same here. Done with Epson. Bought one of their high class R4640. Started streaking in less than a year, then eventually got Epson’s 0x97 message — can no longer print. Ripoff printer. I’d call it complete garbage but I don’t want to insult garbage.
