To prepare your body, the dosage is tapered off in a gradual manner. In a similar way, you need to prepare your child mentally and physically for school.
Bring your child’s routine back to normal at least a week before school starts. The first step is to send them off to bed early. It will ease the shock of waking up in the morning and getting ready for school. Next you can practice some lessons and go through new course books.
